Is E-Talk free?

E-Talk offers both free and premium features. Basic messaging and community features are free. Premium features may include advanced filters, priority support, and additional gifts.

What languages are supported?

E-Talk supports over 50 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, and many more.

Is E-Talk safe?

Yes, we take safety seriously. We have community guidelines, reporting mechanisms, and moderation systems in place to ensure a safe environment for all users.

How do I create an account?

Download the E-Talk app and sign up using your email address or social media account. You'll need to create a profile with your languages and interests.

Can I have multiple accounts?

Each user is allowed one account. Multiple accounts may violate our terms of service.

How do I verify my account?

You'll receive a verification email after signing up. Click the verification link to activate your account. You may also verify your phone number for additional security.

What should I include in my profile?

A complete profile helps you find better language partners. Include a clear photo, your native language(s), languages you want to learn, interests, and a brief introduction.

Finding Language Partners

How do I find language partners?

Use the search function to find users by language, location, interests, or activity. You can also browse suggested partners based on your profile.

How many language partners can I have?

There's no limit to the number of language partners you can connect with. The more you interact, the more you'll learn!

What if someone doesn't respond?

Not everyone responds immediately. Try reaching out to multiple partners and be patient. Some users may be busy or prefer to respond when they have time.

Features & Usage

What can I do on E-Talk?

You can chat with native speakers, share posts and stories, join language groups, participate in voice and video calls, send gifts, and engage in various community activities.

How do video calls work?

Video calls use our integrated calling system. Both users need to be online and agree to the call. Video calls are a great way to practice speaking!

What are Stories?

Stories are temporary posts that disappear after 24 hours. They're perfect for sharing quick updates, daily practice, or moments from your language learning journey.

How do groups work?

Groups are communities focused on specific languages, topics, or interests. Join groups to participate in discussions, share content, and connect with like-minded learners.

Safety & Privacy

How do I report inappropriate behavior?

Use the report button on any post, message, or user profile. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

Can I block users?

Yes, you can block any user from their profile or in a conversation. Blocked users cannot contact you or see your content.

Is my personal information private?

We protect your privacy according to our Privacy Policy. You control what information is visible in your profile.

What should I do if I feel unsafe?

If you feel unsafe, immediately block and report the user. You can also contact our support team at support@etalk.com for assistance.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

Why aren't my messages sending?
